Our story is simple. Over 30 years ago, our founders started with a vision to provide premium audit services in a timely manner for our clients. Today, we continue to pursue that vision and look for ways to best fulfill that commitment through providing world-class audit service.

Kurt Folke, CPA - Partner
Kurt graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy. His experience covers an array of public accounting services including audit/tax services for governments and nonprofits. He specializes in auditing schools, cities, counties, and special districts. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.
Daniel Coleman, CPA - Partner
Dan graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy with an emphasis in tax. His experience covers an array of public accounting services including audit/tax services for governments and nonprofits. He specializes in auditing schools, cities, counties, and special districts. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and likes most outdoor recreational activities.
Timothy Hoyt, CPA, CMA - Partner
Tim graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Accountancy, and a minor in Information Systems Management. His experience covers an array of public accounting services including audit/tax services for governments and nonprofits. He specializes in auditing schools, cities, counties, and special districts. When he is not in the office, Tim loves spending time with his family, exercising (sports, biking, lifting weights, etc.), and eating more food than he should.
